Nous recrutons un(e) Gestionnaire ADV Equipements pour notre site basé à Vélizy-Villacoublay.

Votre mission

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Service Client EMEA, vous pilotez l’administration des ventes d’équipements de manière autonome, en assurant une coordination fluide entre clients, équipes internes et partenaires externes

Votre objectif: garantir des livraisons conformes et contribuer à la performance commerciale

Votre quotidien

Organiser et coordonner toutes les étapes de la commande à la facturation

Gérer l’ensemble du processus administratif (revue de contrat, commande, prépaiement, facturation)

Préparer et suivre les expéditions (logistique, transport, douane…)

Gérer les approvisionnements : anticiper les besoins, passer les commandes et suivre les réceptions

Suivre le forecast de ventes et contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires

Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients et garantir leur satisfaction

Avec qui vous travaillez

En interne: équipes Commerciale, Production, Scientifique, Finance

En externe: transporteurs, douanes, banques, chambres de commerce

Votre profil

Formation en ADV, logistique, commerce international ou équivalent

Connaissance des flux logistiques / import-export

Expérience réussie en environnement international

Bonne maîtrise d’un ERP (SAGE idéalement)

Anglais professionnel (écrit et oral)

Vos atouts pour réussir

Organisation et rigueur

Capacité à faire soi-même (contexte PME)

Sens du service client

Polyvalence, capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle

Proactivité et esprit d’initiative

Aptitude à coordonner différents interlocuteurs
