This position will be responsible for designing and developing materials to support business development, with a focus on creating compelling print and digital collateral for proposals and presentations, such as offering memorandums and presentations.
Main Responsibilities
• Graphically convey the company's expertise and differentiators in a professional and compelling fashion. Includes creating, design, and edit materials to include, but not limited to; print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentation graphic/charts, and end bound books.
• Apply professional graphic design principles and develop new ideas to support business development.
• Create property listings on JLL listing site.
• Provide design advice and guidance to deal teams; taking verbal and written input and apply to graphic illustrations.
• Design materials that align with the preferences of the deal team and clients, while adhering to JLL branding standards.
• Keep informed on design software and marketing/design trends both inside and outside of the real estate industry and apply new concepts and presentations to our business.
• Take initiative to identify when others need assistance and provide support as needed.
• Strong time management and communication skills are essential for this role.
• Provide other general graphic requests as required.
Experience Required
• Minimum of 2 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (PC environment).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to design within a set of branding standards.
• Ability to use tact and diplomacy when interacting with others.
• Well-developed verbal, listening, written and creative design skills.
• Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude.
• Excellent time management, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Any commercial real estate industry knowledge is a plus.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or graphic design or equivalent experience.
Computer Skills
• Emphasis in the use of InDesign, including creating/inserting and formatting tables, and labeling aerial photography and maps.
• Strong knowledge in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) for PC.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Environment
• Office – work with computers and printers.
