Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Develop and execute high-impact visual content for a variety of formats, including product packaging, digital marketing assets, retail collateral, and web imagery
• Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts and see them through to final production for print and digital use.
• Experience working with creative briefs to produce creative concepts and ideas into final print for multiple channels.
• Maintain and organize a centralized archive of design assets including logos, packaging files, product photos, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with Corsair’s branding, design systems, and style guidelines.
• Deadline driven
• A comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles is essential.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields like Graphic Design or Fine Arts.
• An in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) & Figma is required
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles: composition, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working with creative briefs to produce creative concepts and ideas into final print and online assets for multiple channels.
• Familiarity with digital file formats (tif, gif, eps, pdf, jpg) are needed
• Organized and highly detail-oriented
• Able to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and tight deadlines
• Innovative design problem solver, capable of providing timely turn-around of projects and good creative instincts.
• Adapt at conceptual thinking and possess the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives
• Team player, able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
