This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to define and scale the operational foundation of a high-growth product organization. You will design and optimize systems, processes, and workflows that ensure product teams plan, build, and launch effectively at scale. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Support, you will translate strategy into execution, streamline internal communications, and elevate the quality of product operations across the company. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, providing the chance to shape how product teams operate, drive alignment, and foster consistency across multiple teams. You will also lead a team of Product Operations managers, embedding best practices and ensuring the organization consistently delivers high-quality products.
Accountabilities:
• Design, implement, and continuously improve core product processes, operating rhythms, and standards to support scalable product execution
• Define and evolve the product development lifecycle, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and adaptability across teams
• Build and maintain operational tools, trackers, and workflows that enable consistent planning, execution, and reporting
• Translate leadership strategy into execution models, including planning cycles, MBRs, and company-wide product updates
• Establish and uphold quality standards for product artifacts, documentation, and team rituals
• Lead change management for new processes and systems, driving adoption and measurable improvements
• Oversee internal product communication to ensure cross-functional teams understand product launches and updates
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of Product Operations managers, shifting the function from reactive support to proactive system design
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Ops, Consulting, or related roles within a technical organization
• 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Proven ability to own and evolve product development processes, operating cadence, or planning frameworks at scale
• Demonstrated ability to design systems and workflows adopted across large, cross-functional product organizations
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution, capable of defining “what” and driving “how”
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Support leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear executive-ready narratives
• Ability to lead change, influence without authority, and drive alignment across teams
• Comfort working with data, tools, and dashboards to ensure visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement
