This role offers the opportunity to be at the center of go-to-market (GTM) operations, supporting sales and systems engineering teams across a large territory. You will drive process efficiency, data accuracy, and strategic insights that directly impact pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance. Partnering closely with senior sales leaders, you will manage fiscal planning, territory alignment, variable compensation validation, and performance analytics. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys bringing ideas and improvements to scale operations across multiple teams. You will also have the chance to influence GTM strategy and support business-critical decisions through accurate reporting and actionable analysis.

Accountabilities:

• Provide operational support to senior sales leaders, including fiscal planning, pipeline analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting

• Validate Salesforce (SFDC) data, including territory assignments, opportunity record types, and crediting

• Review and verify monthly variable compensation and support compliance across budgets, pipeline, forecasts, and product lines

• Conduct in-depth analysis of GTM performance data and make actionable recommendations for improvement

• Lead ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the region

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, reporting consistency, and alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in sales operations, ideally within the technology sector

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights

• Proven project management and time management skills with a high sense of urgency and follow-up

• Experience with fiscal planning, territory management, and performance tracking

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Excel, and the full Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with exceptional problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
