Job description:

Own full hardware development lifecycle – architecture, design, bring-up, integration, and validation.

Manage and lead the hardware engineering team and hardware architecture.

Requirements

Must have:

• B.Sc. Electrical/Electronics/System Engineering

• 8+ years hardware development

• 3+ years team management

• Analog design (sensing, ADCs, power)

• PCB layout, SPICE, ORCAD, bring-up

• CPU/DSP board design

• Hardware architecture

• High-speed design, integration, debug

• Fast sampling circuits

• PCB layout , electronic board bring-up

• Team management

• Requirements writing and validation

• Manufacturing support

• Test equipment

• Working with subcontractors

Nice to have

• Power quality / energy meters

• Standards: IEC 62586, IEC 61000

• Communication: Modbus, Ethernet

• NPI experience

• Electrical engineering

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with firmware, software, QA

• Interface with product management

• Coordinate suppliers and manufacturers
