Head of Marketing

As our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible to define our brand narrative, value proposition and drive awareness, acquisition and growth between our services and platform business.
YOUR IMPACT
Strategy & Positioning (20%)
Define our value proposition and positioning together with the Head of Business Development:
• Monitor the evolving competitive landscape and ensure a differentiated positioning in each of our industries and markets
• Support our Industry Directors in crystalizing the value proposition for our focus industries
• Testing out offers through well designed marketing campaigns before engaging in a full scale investment
• Define our overall communication and channel strategy
• Refine and monitor our OKRs, ensure clear reporting and proactively look for improvements
Hands-on Execution (60-70%)
• Work on our overall content strategy and setup SEO and GEO optimization
• Execute multi-channel digital campaigns designed specifically for lead generation
• Manage the social media calendar and run both internal and external events
• Track! Use data to reallocate budget toward what actually converts
• Define and execute a channel marketing strategy with our alliance partners such as Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, AWS, Anthropic and Cisco
Coordination & Ops (10-20%)
• Coordinate and coach the marketing team and engage with internal clients (industry directors, sales teams, HR and delivery)
• Direct agencies and freelancers
• Handle press releases and media relations
• Manage our annual marketing budget, look for ways to optimize and reallocate to most performing tactics
WHY YOU?
• 8+ years of experience in an all round marketing position where you were responsible for the overall strategy (positioning/GTM) and the hands on execution yourself
• Mandatory in house experience in a local tech/SaaS/AI start-up or a technical B2B enterprise environment
• Comfortable with the tech lingo and the ambiguity fast changing environments bring
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
• Advanced analytical skills, you don't just report data, you use it to re-steer strategy
• Expert at managing and working with cross-functional stakeholders and multiple workstreams via tools like Notion
• Professional fluency in English, Dutch is a big bonus
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into attractive and crisp business value propositions
• AI native, you use and experiment with different AI (marketing) toolings

No. We deliberately follow a hybrid setup. We have a strong collaborative culture where we’d like to meet up at least a couple of times a week in one of our offices. Do know that ML6 provides a lot of flexibility in terms of working hours and how you schedule your agenda. Our offices are situated in Berlin, Munich, Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Ghent.
