Head of Product — Isaiah

Isaiah is a faith-based AI companion on iOS & Android. People use it to pray, wrestle with doubt,

process grief, understand scripture, and find peace when life gets heavy. We have thousands of

users, 20M+ organic views, and a product that earns trust in ways most apps never do.

We’re not looking for someone to manage a roadmap. We’re looking for someone to own

outcomes.

The Role

You’ll own the full product lifecycle - activation, engagement, retention, monetization, experimentation, and iteration - from first launch to paid subscriber. This means you’re not waiting for permission to test. You’re not writing strategy documents and handing them off. You’re the one shipping, measuring, learning, and doing it again the next day. The cadence here is fast and the bar is real.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and have the authority to make consequential product decisions.

We’ll give you room to work. We expect you to use it.

What You’ll Own

Onboarding: activation rate, cold-start conversion, first meaningful interaction.

Retention: D1, D7, D30 - and the experiments that move them. Monetization: trial-to-paid conversion, paywall strategy, revenue optimization.

Lifecycle: Braze canvases, push, in-app messaging - built, live, and firing.

Instrumentation: define what we measure, help Engineering connect the data plumbing to the front end analytics tools, build the dashboards, own the truth.

Roadmap: prioritization grounded in data, not opinions.

What This Isn’t

This isn’t a role for someone who needs a fully built team to operate. We’re small and intentional.

You’ll work closely with our CTO, a UX lead, and a small growth team. You won’t have layers of

support. You’ll have autonomy, direct access, and equity that reflects the weight of what we’re asking.

You’re the Right Person If

You’ve owned onboarding effectiveness and retention for a consumer subscription app and have the numbers to show for it. You run experiments before you form opinions.

You know RevenueCat, SuperWall and Mixpanel, or tools close enough that the learning curve is days, not months.

You’ve taken an early-stage app with real promise and turned it into a polished activation,

engagement and retention machine - where the CAC/LTV equation starts working in your favor.

You’re comfortable making a call with imperfect data and adjusting when you’re wrong.

You can work inside a faith context with integrity - you don’t have to be a believer, but you have to respect what Isaiah means to the people who use it

Compensation

This is a part time founding team member role. Meaningful equity. This is a ground-floor role at a

company with real traction and a growing user base. We’re building something that matters - and

we’re compensating for that responsibility accordingly.
