Responsibilities:
• Lead business unit performance, including profit & loss responsibility and revenue growth
• Define and drive the vision and mission of the qualitative research function in alignment with overall business strategy
• Develop and manage client relationships, driving new business and long-term partnerships
• Deliver strategic insights and high-value solutions based on research data
• Oversee and ensure excellence in all fieldwork operations, including quality control, vendor management and compliance
• Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with company priorities
• Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated client solutions
• Foster a strong people and culture agenda by building, developing and engaging high performing teams across team members.
Requirements:
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with full ownership of P&L and profitability management
• Proven track record in driving business growth, client acquisition, and building strategic partnerships
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful, data-driven decisions and business strategies
• Exceptional leadership with experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in market research, with strong expertise in qualitative studies. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Indonesia market.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve overall research efficiency
• Preference for candidates residing in the Greater Jakarta Area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Science or a related field; Master’s/ MBA or equivalent preferred
