Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. This role covers a wide range of HR functions including hiring, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is people-focused, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Handle employee relations concerns and provide HR guidance to employees and managers
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and documentation
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Support training and development initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–4 years of experience in HR functions
• Experience in payroll and benefits administration is an advantage
• Excellent in oral and written communication; Interviewing skills; Test report and writing skills
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience in conducting wellness training programs and workshops is a plus
