Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead daily HR operations and support a fast-paced, growing organization. This role will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, HR reporting, and employee records.

The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and solutions-oriented, with strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment regulations, and operational HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations, policies, programs, and procedures

• Manage recruiting and hiring, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding

• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Coordinate payroll submissions, employee data updates, and payroll documentation

• Administer benefits programs and support benefits-related communication

• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and promoting effective communication

• Administer performance review processes to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices

• Train and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace topics

• Track HR metrics, analyze workforce trends, and prepare reports for senior management

• Recommend process improvements to strengthen efficiency, engagement, retention, and workplace culture

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR management or a similar HR leadership role

• Strong knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits, performance management, and compliance

• Familiarity with employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices

• Experience with HR systems, employee records, reporting tools, or workforce analytics preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
