About the Role:

The IAM Administrator / Lead (L2.5+) plays a critical role in supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives by ensuring effective execution of identity lifecycle operations, access governance activities, and directory services support. This role requires a strong understanding of IAM fundamentals, the ability to work across technical and functional areas, and effective communication with stakeholders and delivery teams.
The role is suited for professionals who can balance hands-on administration with broader IAM process understanding and client interaction.

What You’ll Do:

Perform day-to-day IAM administrative activities including provisioning, de-provisioning, access changes, and identity lifecycle support

Support Active Directory and directory services analysis, cleanup, and remediation activities

Assist with identity data validation, reconciliation, and readiness for IAM implementations

Support identity source integrations and alignment with SailPoint ISC

Execute and support access certifications, reviews, and remediation activities

Understand and apply client (University) access policies and IAM governance processes

Translate documented business rules into operational IAM configurations

Support UAT planning and execution, including test case execution and defect tracking

Validate roles, access models, and lifecycle workflows

Collaborate daily with Simeio Professional Services (PS) and internal delivery teams

Coordinate with application owners and business stakeholders to resolve access issues

Proactively track dependencies, raise risks, and support smooth delivery execution

Ensure adherence to change, incident, and problem management processes

What You Bring:

3–6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related security domains

Strong understanding of IAM concepts: Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML), RBAC, access governance

Hands-on experience with IAM administration tools (preferably SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow / IIQ)

Working knowledge of Active Directory / LDAP environments

Experience supporting UAT, access testing, and validation activities

Ability to understand business processes and map them to IAM operations

Good communication skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders

Exposure to authentication and authorization concepts (SSO, SAML, OAuth – preferred)

Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented mindset

Ability to work in a client-facing, collaborative delivery environment

Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC

Exposure to higher education / university IAM environments

Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) for reporting or automation

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models
