Job Description

This is a remote position.

Overview of the Role:

Executive is responsible for supporting quality of delivery of our enterprise software to our clients. You will be reporting to the Associate Manager in the executing field deployments at large industrial clients across India.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver successful field deployments of Maximl’s flagship product at client location

• Responsible for all administrative formalities required as per the norms of the factories or plants

• Managing deployment logistics and asset management – devices, personal protection equipment

• Collect data from client and conduct all data processing for bootstrapping the product

• On-field interaction with contract partners of the clients for on-job training and hardware support

• Manual & Automated Report Circulation as & when required from the client

• Following & implementing the measures defined by the respective Manager for the success of the deployment

• Providing On-Site Support to the Client for the flagship product

• Onboarding & Training of the the Users on the product

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Presentation

• Excellent communication skills. Conversant in both Hindi & English

• The following branches are preferred:

Bachelor's degree: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering.
