Import Export Analyst 3

• Advanced knowledge about prisma software in order to perform imports and exports for raw material, equipment and finished goods

• Follow up to the compliance classification and valuation procedures

• Receiving reports generation for Finance department usage for MRO material

• import and export pediments record retention (air and ground) with their back up

• Import and Export reports preparation (Annual and monthly)

• Coordinate the receiving and shipping warehouse activities at El Paso, TX.

• Coordinate Customs activities; imports, exports and tax required documentation to comply with the current Mexican laws and regulations

• Support the Traffic and Customs supervisor in the task/responsibilities assigned.

• Complies with all safety policies, reports immediately any situation of risk and participates actively with actions to improve safety in his area of control.
