Our client in the Personal Care industry is hiring an Influencer Marketing Coordinator!

About the Role

You will be the sole owner of all external creator relationships, from first outreach through contract execution and ongoing performance management. You will work closely with our creative strategist and editing team, but you are not responsible for content creation, posting, or media buying.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and outreach to 50–100 creators per week across Instagram Reels, TikTok Organic, Kalodata, Shopmy, and TikTok Shop

• Qualify inbound and outbound creators into performance tiers based on defined criteria

• Negotiate deal terms within pre-set ranges and execute contracts using legal templates

• Manage four deal structures: content licensing, affiliate, retainer affiliate, and whitelisting

• Track affiliate performance on an ongoing basis; promote top performers to retainer status and offboard underperformers

• Coordinate ad approval workflows on finished creative before campaigns go live

• Serve as the day-to-day liaison between creators, the creative strategist, and editors

What This Role Is Not

This role does not involve posting to social media, script writing, video editing, media buying, or email and SMS marketing. Candidates with a background in social media management or content creation are welcome, provided they are comfortable in a relationship management and operations capacity.
