The Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, initiate, and schedule meetings with key stakeholders to support the business development and sales teams.

What youll do

Identify and qualify potential clients through research, and outbound calls/emails.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant leads aligned with sales strategies.

Initiate conversation and schedule meetings between prospects and internal stakeholders.

Ensure timely follow-ups to sustain engagement and drive interest.

Maintain accurate records of all active and potential deals.

Ensure timely and precise reporting to leadership on deal progress.

Regularly update CRM systems with contact details, meeting notes, and lead status.

Provide weekly reports and dashboards on lead pipeline, meetings scheduled, and legal case updates.

Collaborate with zonal leadership teams.

Help accelerate the deal cycle and resolve process bottlenecks efficiently.

What were looking for

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

5+ years of inside sales, pre-sales, or business development experience.

Prior experience in [Fintech, EdTech, SaaS, Financial Services, etc.] is preferred.

Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting.

Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.

Experience in preparing reports and dashboards for sales tracking.

Exposure to sales cycle tracking and coordination.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
