Inside Sales Representative

We have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Central Europe sales team, reporting to the Senior Director, Regional Sales in Germany. In this pivotal role, you will drive new customer acquisition and expansion for our networking and security solutions within the service provider space. You will nurture prospects throughout the purchasing cycle, maintain accurate forecasts, carry a sales quota, and close business, including add-on, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborating closely with field sales, channel partners, and marketing, you will help build a scalable, cloud-first service provider business while growing your career in technology sales.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

• Sell into target accounts to expand Infoblox’s footprint across Central Europe and EMEA

• Develop a portfolio of qualified opportunities for Infoblox and work closely with partners to grow and manage these accounts

• Identify and develop opportunities from named accounts, including both new accounts and the existing install base

• Research accounts, identify key contacts and decision-makers, and generate new opportunity leads

• Support field sales within the territory to achieve quarterly bookings quotas by prospecting into the customer base

• Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, and other channels) to qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team

• Build and deepen relationships with customer stakeholders and channel partners involved in each opportunity

• Collaborate with the channel for opportunity fulfillment, resulting in a consistent, growing book of territory business

• Pitch Infoblox solutions using collaboration technologies and virtual selling techniques

• Create quotes, manage and forecast pipeline, and close deals using Salesforce.com and related sales tools

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales or inside sales/telemarketing experience in an outbound, quota-carrying environment selling IT services or technology solutions

• Track record as an energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach and proactive focus on increasing sales revenue

• Experience calling on senior executives and technical decision-makers across organizations of varying sizes

• Proven success collaborating closely with Sales, Field Marketing, and other key stakeholders to develop and grow opportunities and business

• Experience influencing, directing, and partnering with channel stakeholders to drive joint pipeline and revenue

• Excellent inside sales and telephone selling skills, including strong qualification and objection handling

• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Salesforce.com (or a comparable CRM)

• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver against measurable objectives

• Polished communication skills with the ability to initiate and carry conversations confidently; strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills in English

• Operate as a key contributing team member by working collaboratively with the Sales team and channel partners

• Understand prospects and customers in your territory and build a healthy, qualified pipeline of new opportunities

One Year

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders across your region

• Consistently execute on the go-to-market plan to increase business in the region

• Collaborate with regional leaders and become a valued voice in territory and account planning and broader decision-making
