Course Design

Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.

Instructional Strategy

Identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and attitudes, and create learning experiences that address them.

Assessment Development

Decide criteria to judge learner performance and develop effective assessment instruments.

Project Management

Manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

Documentation

Maintain project documentation, course folders, and instructional assets for ongoing use.

Collaboration

Work with SMEs, developers, and multimedia teams to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Instructional Expertise

Proven experience with instructional design models, curriculum planning, and eLearning development.

Technical Skills

Proficient with instructional technology, visual design, and storyboarding; knowledge of standard office tools.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written English, with strong grammar and vocabulary.

Creative & Organized

Attention to detail, creative flair, and ability to work under deadlines while multitasking effectively.
