Key Responsibilities
• Manage and handle customer accounts efficiently
• Respond to and manage WhatsApp communication, sales calls, and sales emails
• Make outbound and inbound customer calls
• Coordinate and connect with doctors as required
• Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer queries
• Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel
• Meet service and sales-related targets
• Be flexible to extend working hours, work on Sundays and government holidays when required.
• Should be comfortable for travelling to visit clients, or meet the external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management within the insurance industry
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
• Knowledge of multiple languages is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume communication
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
