You probably remember the best customer journey you’ve ever experienced, and the worst one too. But why is that? What can businesses do to keep you engaged, solve your problems, and make your life easier and more beautiful, not just in one moment, but across every interaction?
“The entire customer journey. One platform”
People move between channels, platforms, apps and physical locations without thinking about it. Wherever your journey starts and wherever it continues, our goal is simple and ambitious: “Enable growing businesses to serve, sell, interact and engage through one Global AI Powered Customer Engagement Platform. From online payments to point-of-sale systems, they make transactions easy and reliable, helping companies grow and improve their payment processes. We offer flexibility regarding the number of hours worked per week, as long as it is at least 20 hours per week.
In this internship, you will:
• Execute manual QA tests for in-person payment flows (e.g. terminals, POS systems, platform, integrations);
• Learn how our payment systems work end-to-end and test them from a systems-thinking perspective;
• Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs, edge cases, and inconsistencies;
• Reproduce issues and help validate fixes;
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand why things work the way they do;
• Contribute ideas to improve testing processes and product quality;
• Collaborate with a multicultural, cross-functional team.
That’s why you ideally have
• An educational background in software engineering, computer science, informatics, information technology or a related field;
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Awareness of or hands-on exposure to automated testing and emerging AI-assisted (agentic) testing concepts, and motivation to help evolve our QA practices beyond manual testing;
• Strong curiosity, a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in understanding how systems and products work;
• Lots of positive energy to start with an internship like this!
