About Initio Sphere
Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We serve fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets—combining deal flow, analyst talent, investor relations, networking, training, and job placement into a single platform.
Our mission is to promote opportunity, credibility, and real earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Analysts do not wait months for placement—once verified, they can immediately begin earning income and working on live investment opportunities across our network.
Role Overview
Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Investment Vetting Analysts.
This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification and verification process.

The role centers on investment quality control, risk identification, underwriting review, and transaction readiness assessment.
Once Approved, Analysts:
• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
• Gain access to live investment opportunities for review
• Evaluate and vet deals prior to investor exposure
• Support fund managers, sponsors, and operators in preparing investor-ready materials
• Identify financial, structural, and operational risks
• Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score
