LHH is supporting a global investment management firm with more than 20 years of operating history and over $5B in assets under management across a diverse set of strategies in their search for an Investor Relations Associate. The firm has built a strong track record and maintains long-standing relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors, and this role will support ongoing investor servicing efforts, serving as a key point of coordination across internal teams and the firm’s investor base.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between investors and the firm, ensuring timely and professional communication

• Prepare and update a variety of investor-facing materials, including presentations, monthly performance reports, white papers, investor letters, and due diligence questionnaires

• Support planning and execution of investor conferences and events, including logistics and coordination

• Coordinate quarterly investor calls and assist with scheduling investor meetings and ongoing communications

• Maintain and update investor records within CRM systems (e.g., Dynamo/Salesforce), ensuring accuracy and organization of data

• Provide investors with updated fund information and respond to ad hoc requests in a timely manner

• Serve as a point of contact for inbound investor communications

• Partner closely with internal teams across investments, accounting, legal, compliance, and executive leadership to support investor reporting and communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

• 3+ years of relevant experience within asset management, investor relations, or financial services

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and competing deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, client-facing approach

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamo or Salesforce is preferred

This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the base salary range is estimated to be $90,000 to $110,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
