Invigilator

Overview

ICM offers a pathway to an undergraduate degree at the University of Manitoba. We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates seeking to invigilate examinations for foundation and university-level courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with supervision of examinations

• Providing instructions and directions to students attending the examination room

• Allocating and receiving test materials

• Attending to the adherence of academic integrity principles and the examination rules and regulations

• Responding to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring safety of individuals and privacy of exams are prioritized

Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experience

• Completion of or pursuant to the completion of a university-level degree

• Knowledge of examination rules and regulations

• Knowledge of academic integrity principles

• Strong monitoring, investigating, and communication abilities

• Understanding of test-related anxiety
