About this opportunity

IT Service Desk EMEA Graduate provides onsite and remote technical support for day-to-day IT needs and contributes to the smooth operation of workplace technologies.

This role supports employees by assisting with troubleshooting, device preparation, and the basic execution of operational processes.

This role is part of Digital Workplace Technology & Operations (DWT&O), delivering IT Services in partnership with the Global Operations Center (GOC). Together, Site IT and GOC form the Unified Global Service Desk model within DWTech&Ops.

Role expectations


In this role, you will…

• Provide onsite and remote support for daily incidents and IT service requests.

• Resolve basic incidents and service requests requiring onsite or remote support.

• Support new hire onboarding: device preparation, account setup, workspace configuration.

• Troubleshoot basic issues on Windows/macOS, Office 365, Teams, Zoom, VPN, and business apps.

• Maintain professional, customer-centered communication.

• Perform basic daily/weekly functional checks.

• Provide basic support AV systems, meeting, conference rooms and shared collaboration spaces.

• Support full hardware lifecycle: asset receiving, tagging, inventory updates, basic imaging, preparation, device collection, and decommissioning.

• Assist with workstation moves, hardware swaps, office seating changes.

• Support remarketing and recycling initiatives.

• Perform simple server room inspections (visual/equipment/environmental).

• Escort vendors and assist senior engineers with cabling, hardware placement, or equipment handling.

• Cooperate with the Global Operations Center and Site IT teams on tickets and shared workflows.

What we're looking for


In this role, you’ll need …

• Finished your Degree’s, Technical degree or Professional Training.

• 0–1 years of IT support or hands-on IT exposure (internships, labs, projects welcome).

• Basic understanding of IT fundamentals and common workplace technologies.

• Basic understanding of identity platforms (Active Directory, Cloud, Intune etc).

• Basic understanding networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).

• Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments.

• Good communication, customer service skills and willingness to learn.

• Basic AV/meeting room technology understanding.

• Customer obsession mindset.

• Basic troubleshooting ability.

• Structured, organized work habits.

• Clear communication and teamwork.

• Adaptability and willingness to develop skills.

• Ability to lift up to 20 kg.

• Onsite presence required, occasional travel.

• Occasional after-hours support (events, moves, upgrades).

• Fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• English and Spanish — required.
