Job Title: Executive Support Specialist (IT Support)
Location: New York, NY – 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $30/hr - $35/hr on w2
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Duration 3 Months Contract (90 Days) – Possible Extension
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide high-touch, white-glove technical support to Executive Leadership teams. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive customer-service mindset.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment, quickly resolving technical issues while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and urgency.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide white-glove IT support to executive leadership and VIP users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and connectivity issues
• Deliver fast and effective resolution for technical problems
• Recommend productivity-enhancing tools and solutions
• Manage executive support tickets with strong follow-up and communication
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations and issue resolution
• Support conference room technologies, video conferencing, and collaboration tools
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong executive/VIP support experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience providing white-glove or high-touch IT support
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows environments, and collaboration tools
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
• Flexible availability to support executive needs as required
