The Role:

As a Junior Production Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of production activities across a major FIFA World Cup project. Working closely with Producers, Production Managers, and wider operational teams, you'll help ensure projects run smoothly by coordinating schedules, managing logistics, tracking deliverables, and supporting day-to-day production operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to international sports broadcasting and is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in production within a high-profile sporting environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the day-to-day coordination of production activities and workflows

• Assisting with scheduling, logistics, and project timeline management

• Coordinating communication between internal teams, freelancers, and external suppliers

• Tracking project deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met

• Maintaining production documentation, reports, and project trackers

• Supporting travel, accreditation, and operational requirements when required

• Assisting with matchday and event production logistics

• Ensuring production processes are followed, documented, and continuously improved

What You'll Bring:

• A degree or relevant studies in Media, Communications, Production, or a related field

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage
