Junior Data Analyst

We are currently seeking a Junior Data Analyst / BI Developer to support data-driven initiatives for a growing team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience building end-to-end data processes and delivering meaningful business insights through data visualization. This in a consulting opportunity and can be 100% work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using Python, R, and/or SQL

• Perform data retrieval, data cleansing, and data compilation activities

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards

• Create actionable data visualizations that support business decision-making

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights

• Support end-to-end data processes from source data through final visualization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• 0–1 years of professional experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Experience with Python, R, and/or SQL

• Understanding of data retrieval, data cleansing, and data compilation techniques

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and reporting

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience with Alteryx is preferred
