Who You Are
You are a pragmatic builder who can take ambiguous customer problems and turn them into working, production-ready solutions quickly. You are comfortable operating across engineering, product, and customer interaction, making tradeoffs that prioritize real-world impact over theoretical perfection.
Role
As a Full Stack Engineer at Pickaxe, you will design and build product features using React, tRPC, Next.js, TypeScript, and Python. You will collaborate across product and engineering to deliver performant experiences, maintain quality, and unblock growth.
Requirements
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js
• Comfort with modern frontend tooling and build pipelines
• Some level of experience with Python backend development (Flask or similar)
• Successful communicator with experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong independent problem-solving skills
• Able to collaborate and lead in a fast-paced, remote-friendly team
• Excited about building with generative AI
