Junior IOS Developer

About Us:

VasyERP (Funded by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.

About the Role:

As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible to create, improve and maintain mobile applications for the iOS platform. You must be very skilled at coding, bug-fixing from scratch, and should have experience working hands-on throughout the entire iOS Mobile App Development Life Cycle in a highly scalable early-stage tech start-up.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.

• Implement UI components and ensure seamless user experiences aligned with design specifications.

• Follow the architecture to build scalable, maintainable, and testable code.

• Integrate and manage Core Data or other local storage solutions for offline functionality and data persistence.

• Handle data modeling, migrations, and synchronization efficiently.

• Use version control tools such as Git (GitHub/GitLab/SVN) for code management and team collaboration.

• Work with third-party Swift libraries and manage dependencies using Swift Package Manager (SPM).

• Stay updated with the latest iOS frameworks, Swift features, and Apple design guidelines.

• Contribute ideas for product improvement and collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and QA teams.

• Take part in brainstorming sessions, hack-a-thons, sprint planning meetings and retrospectives.

Candidate Requirement:

• 1+ years of strong coding proficiency with the Swift programming language, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

• Understanding of iOS Frameworks.

• Experience in Local Database.

• Understanding design patterns & Networking.

• Experience of Unit testing, UI Testing & App Store Development.

• Design, build, and maintain high performance reliable code using Apples Xcode & Instruments.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

• Experience with and performance tuning.

• Knowledge of current iOS Trends.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Hardware & Payment Integration.

• Experience in building innovative digital products that complement the ERP.
