Position Overview:

You will be part of multinational team that develops software running on Automated Teller Machines. The work is 100% remote, with occasional travel to our offices in Katowice, Poland and Paderborn, Germany. At the beginning, you will be required to spend a few days in the Katowice office. You will work in Agile environment. Your duties will cover maintaining existing test cases as well as writing new test cases, performing manual tests, maintaining existing and developing new automated tests.

We are looking for a person that starts a QA career and is willing to learn from the best. In our team the atmosphere is vital - therefore, you must be a nice, open minded person with a good attitude. Your attention to detail and analytical thinking is crucial. Also, good English skills are required, as part of the responsibility is verification of documentation correctness.

Responsibilities

• Gains familiarity with SW QA Engineering concepts, practices and methodologies.

• With guidance, performs basic SW QA Engineering duties, typically in terms of testing and/or inspection.

• With guidance, maintains existing and writes new automation tests.

• Gains understanding of fundamental SW QA principles, including functional and performance testing.

• Learns and applies DN's SW QA policies and guidelines.

Qualifications


Must have

• A diploma or equivalent work experience is required.

• Between 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Quality Assurance.

• Good business English skills (written and spoken).

• Good Polish language skills.

• Basic knowledge of any programming/scripting language.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System (including working with command prompt).

Nice to have

• ISTQB certificate - Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)

• Familiarity with Jira

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

• Familiarity with Eclipse IDE

• Familiarity with RCP Testing Tool

Pay Transparency Statement

The monthly base salary range for this position starts from 6,400.00 PLN gross

Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
