We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the Non-Technology procurement vertical, covering categories such as HR services, Facilities Management, Marketing, and Professional Services. The role is responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives globally, optimizing procure-to-pay processes, managing supplier relationships, and leading a small, high-performing procurement team. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and value creation across the organization.
• Lead and manage global non-technology procurement categories including HR services, FM, marketing, and professional services.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Assign and oversee RFPs, sourcing projects, and day-to-day procurement activities within the team.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliable service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and achieve measurable procurement savings.
• Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay activities, ensuring timely issuance of purchase orders and process efficiency.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvement.
• Act as a key point of escalation for stakeholder issues, contract disputes, and supplier performance concerns.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team through clear KPIs, performance management, and training.
Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Professional procurement certification preferred (e.g., CIPS, SPSM or equivalent).
• 2 years of progressive procurement experience
• Proven experience managing non-technology procurement categories in a banking or service-based industry.
• Strong track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Experience working with ERP systems, eProcurement platforms, eTenders, and eAuctions.
• Solid understanding of local, regional, and international supply markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a global or multi-cultural environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements, manage risk, and deliver measurable business value.
