Argano is seeking a Lead Varicent Consultant to join our Sales Performance team. We specialize in designing, building, and deploying sales performance management systems on our partner platforms. As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding client engagements, leading project teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex, enterprise-level solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions to derive and understand client business needs, and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Oversee solution design and architecture, collaborating with team leaders and technical specialists.
• Configure and optimize Varicent Incentives systems to meet client requirements.
• Design and implement robust data integration strategies (ETL processes).
• Drive quality assurance and testing phases, ensuring adherence to best practices and client expectations.
• Develop rollout strategies and readiness plans for system deployment.
• Mentor and guide Senior Consultants and project team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Support project managers in risk management, resource planning, and delivery oversight.
• Contribute to practice development by identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
• 5+ years of experience with Varicent Incentives, including solution design and implementation.
• Proven track record of leading mid-size to large-scale projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of data models, object models, and emerging technologies.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience writing detailed design specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of software development and implementation life cycles.
• Experience with major relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
