Who you are:

Passionate about design and have a knack for creative and innovative thinking when it comes to designing collateral across different digital platforms, such as Instagram, website or digital ads.

You enjoy the digital medium and are eager to be part of a team that is experimental, innovative and cutting-edge.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

• Create compelling and effective graphic content

• Understand and execute the marketing brief given for the design

• Work in close collaboration with teams across the organization and develop creative content as per business needs.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

• Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator.

• Social media background is a plus

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design

• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

• Have an existing portfolio of work

Who you are:

A passionate individual who is excited about creating innovative packaging solutions to streamline the packaging and assembly of our bicycles

Role & Responsibilities:

• Study existing packaging and assembly methods and identify pain points

• Study packaging standards and evaluate existing packaging against standards

• Suggest and design more streamlined methods for assembly and keep improving them

• Study environmental and cost impacts of packaging

• Propose cost-effective, efficient, and more sustainable packaging solutions

• Propose innovative packaging solutions for bicycles and accessories for a better user experience

• Design bicycle components from the perspective of ease of assembly and high functionality for users; Incorporate D-I-Y assembly strategies, especially for kid's bikes

• Work on assembly-related content for instruction manuals for bicycles and accessories

Job Qualifications:

• Industrial product design/Packaging design (M.Des or equivalent degree)

• Mechanical engineering/Production engineering (B.E. /B.Tech) - Preferred

• Experience: 0-2 years

• Should be able to share a portfolio of his/her projects

• Respond to customer queries via email, phone call, and any other mandated channel

• Keep track of deadlines and ensure that customer's issues are resolved in time

• Work with different departments to find optimum solutions

• Improve customer experience and quality of service

• Be proactive in recording customer inquiries and feedback

Job Qualifications:

• Passion for helping customers and resolving issues faced by customers

• Proficiency with MS Office

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to speak well to customers

• Proficient in Hindi and English required, knowledge of any other Southern languages is a plus

• Prior experience in customer service and knowledge of customer care software such as Freshdesk preferred
