Coordinate export shipments and track orders to ensure timely delivery. Handle the logistics operations and respond to requests of the internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with Planner and Material buyer to meet customer's request delivery
• Coordinate export shipments with forwarders
• Have knowledge of SCM and perform efficient product management through ERP system
• Consistently applies logistics policies, procedures and processes
• Inventory Control And Management - Understand inventory control and management principals and how they impact the local and global supply chain
• Analyze logistics costs and carry out activities to improve logistics systems and flows
• Domestic and International Transportation - has an awareness that there are regulations, process, required documents, and options with transporting materials domestically and internationally
• Warehouse operations - basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Prepares documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers and other third parties as applicable; submits documentation and enters request for payments into accounting system; responds to inquiries from accounts payable and payees
• Participates as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed

• Proficient in MS office applications such as Excel
• Logistics and purchasing ethics
Experience
• 2-3 years of working experience in relevant positions (Export, Logistics) is a must
• Working experience of ERP(Oracle, SAP etc)
Education
• 4 year college degree in applicable field
Language skill
• Intermediate English skill in Speaking and Writing
• Korean native
