Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and drive the company’s EHS strategy, policies, and governance across all sites.
• Act as a strategic partner to BU Leaders in Vietnam.
• Lead and develop EHS and Medical Support teams to ensure consistent, effective implementation of
policy.
• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS management systems, policies, and procedures in compliance
with local regulations and corporate standards.
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental laws, and regulatory
requirements.
• Lead EHS compliance for facility expansion projects, including industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and
emergency preparedness.
• Maintain and continuously improve EHS management systems in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
standards.
• Organize, support, and participate in internal and external EHS audits; report findings and improvement
plan to Corporate EHS.
• Serve as the key point of contact for all EHS-related inspections, audits, and regulatory engagements.
• Monitor, assess, and mitigate EHS risks; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by projects or business need
Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Science,
• Minimum 8 years of EHS experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment in Vietnam is required.
• Strong ability to work effectively across all organizational levels, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with corporate and regional stakeholders is an advantage.
• EHS audit experience and professional certifications (e.g., Radiation Safety Officer, Laser Safety Officer,
CSP, CIH) are a plus.
