Manager - Technology

• Lead squad activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint delivery

• Deliver high-quality frontend features for Advanced Analytics and PULSE web applications along with mobile solutions using React Native

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices through code reviews

• Leverage Agentic AI tools (code assistants, automated testing, and code generation tools) to accelerate development and improve productivity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery

• Contribute to frontend and mobile architecture and maintain reusable, scalable components

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and code quality through automation and AI-assisted workflows

• Support monitoring and performance tracking of frontend applications using tools like AppDynamics
