In this role, you will
• Analyze product requirements and transform them into structured test cases and scenarios
• Test internal CRM systems with a focus on data accuracy and business logic validation
• Validate email campaigns and push notifications, ensuring correct triggers, segmentation, and delivery logic
• Perform manual testing of web applications including functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke testing
• Test APIs using Postman or Swagger, covering both positive and negative scenarios
• Use DevTools for inspecting network requests, logs, and console errors, and work with logs for deeper issue analysis
• Assess testing risks and contribute to sprint planning and task estimation
• Create clear and structured bug reports with proper reproduction steps, prioritization, and context
• Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and overall testing efficiency
It’s all about you
• 2+ years of experience in manual QA (web), including CRM and email campaign testing
• Understanding of retention and acquisition-driven product models
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, testing types, and test design techniques
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or similar
• Experience writing test cases and bug reports in Jira or any TMS
• Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, BigQuery, DataGrip, or solid SQL knowledge
Would be a plus
• Basic experience with Git (pull, checkout, code review basics)
• Experience working with logs in tools like Grafana, Lens, or similar
• Experience in incident analysis and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of CI/CD tools like GitLab (running builds, checking versions, triggering autotests)
• Experience with debugging tools such as Charles or Fiddler
• Ability to automate routine QA tasks such as data generation, database queries, and mock creation using AI tools
