Manual Test Engineer – D365 F&O

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain functional test scenarios and test cases for D365 F&O, Middleware applications, Copilot Studio, and related enterprise solutions.

• Maintain complete traceability between requirements, user stories, functional design documents, and test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO).

• Execute Smoke, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression, End-to-End, and UAT support testing activities.

• Perform role-based access validation and security testing.

• Identify, log, track, and retest defects in ADO with detailed evidence and reproduction steps.

• Participate in defect triage meetings with development, business, and project stakeholders.

• Validate fixes and perform regression impact analysis across releases.

• Support test environment readiness and test data coordination activities.

• Prepare daily/weekly status reports, test execution summaries, and quality metrics.

• Contribute to go/no-go recommendations and release quality assessments.

• Ensure adherence to testing standards, governance processes, and quality gates.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in testing.

• Strong experience in Manual Testing of enterprise applications.

• Experience in Microsoft technology projects including Dynamics 365 F&O, middleware integrations, Microsoft 265 ecosystem.

• Good understanding of Agile and Iterative delivery methodologies.

• Experience with end-to-end business process validation.

• Strong experience using, Azure DevOps (ADO) and Azure Dashboards.

• Good experience in defect lifecycle management and reporting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to work in multi-vendor and complex enterprise environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exposure to Copilot Studio or AI-enabled business solutions.

• Understanding of test governance, KPIs, and SLA-driven delivery models.

• Exposure to accessibility and usability testing.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

• BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)

Experience :

• 5 - 7 years of experience
