Responsible for leading communication strategies for Pasture and Seed Treatment markets, ensuring strong value proposition positioning, consistent brand messaging, and effective execution of integrated campaigns (online & offline). Acts as a key interface between marketing, commercial, agronomy, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.

• Build and strengthen the value proposition and positioning of products and portfolio.

• Lead product launches, campaigns, and communication initiatives across channels.

• Manage communication and creative agencies (online and offline), ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.

• Oversee communication budget, tracking performance and ensuring efficient allocation.

• Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics (awareness, engagement, value perception).

• Support the commercial team with communication materials that reinforce portfolio positioning.

• Ensure strong execution in events, field activities, and market presence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience in communication, marketing, or brand management (preferably in agribusiness).

• Experience managing agencies and integrated campaigns.

• Strong background in budget management and performance tracking.

• Knowledge of digital communication and analytics tools.

• Fluent communication and stakeholder management skills.
