Marketing Coordinator
Equabli is seeking a results-driven sales executive to play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships. The sales executive will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, while contributing to Equabli’s mission of delivering high-value SaaS solutions to clients.

About the Role
Equabli is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own and scale our demand generation and market positioning efforts. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for driving pipeline growth, strengthening our brand in the market, and translating complex, AI-driven solutions into clear, compelling narratives.
You will operate across strategy and execution, partnering closely with sales and leadership to build a repeatable, results-driven marketing engine.
What You’ll Do
Drive Pipeline & Demand Generation
• Own and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across target ICPs (banks, lenders, fintechs, collection agencies, debt buyers)
• Build and optimize outbound and inbound programs in partnership with sales
• Track and report on campaign performance tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Content & Messaging Leadership
• Develop high-impact content including case studies, white papers, sales decks, and industry insights
• Translate Equabli’s platform (EQ Suite) into clear, differentiated messaging tied to business outcomes
• Elevate positioning around AI, analytics, and measurable financial impact
Events & Field Marketing
• Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, and hosted events aligned to GTM priorities
• Own end-to-end event strategy from logistics to pre-event outreach
• Support speaking opportunities, panel development, and brand presence
Brand & Communications
• Own website updates, messaging consistency, and overall market presence
• Manage PR, media outreach, and thought leadership initiatives
• Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all channels
Sales & GTM Alignment
• Build sales enablement materials that improve conversion at each stage
• Help refine ICP targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy based on market feedback
What We’re Looking For
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes, not just activity
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
• Experience translating technical or data-driven products into clear business value
• Highly collaborative, with strong communication across sales, product, and leadership
• Comfortable building from scratch and iterating quickly
Qualifications
• 3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or AI-driven platforms
• Proven experience in demand generation and pipeline creation
• Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales motions
• Strong writing and content development skills
• Experience with marketing tools, CRM systems, and campaign analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
