Job Purpose

JAs the Marketing Deputy Manager/Manager, you will be responsible for driving cohesive brand execution and marketing excellence across content, design, and social channels. You will lead key marketing verticals through their respective team leads, ensuring that all outputs are aligned with brand strategy, business priorities, and overall growth objectives. This role acts as the central integration layer across Brand Strategy, Content, Design, Social, and Growth, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent, high-quality, timely, and commercially relevant across all customer touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities


1. Cross-Functional Marketing Leadership Lead and mentor team leads across Content & Social and Design & Experience Align team outputs with brand strategy and business priorities Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across functions

2. Brand Alignment & Governance Ensure all marketing outputs are aligned with brand positioning, messaging, and tone (defined by Brand & Product Strategist) Maintain consistency across digital, offline, and owned platforms Act as the final checkpoint for brand adherence across campaigns and content

3. Campaign Planning & Execution Own end-to-end planning and execution of: Brand campaigns Product launches Key marketing moments Ensure seamless integration of: Messaging (Brand team) Content & influencer strategy Creative execution

4. Content & Calendar Governance Own the master content and campaign calendar across: Social media Influencer initiatives Brand campaigns Ensure alignment with: Product priorities Business goals Seasonal and promotional plans

5. Content, Social & Influencer Integration Work closely with Brand Content & IM Strategist to: Ensure consistency across organic, influencer, and campaign content Drive cohesive storytelling across platforms Oversee community and engagement direction in alignment with brand voice

6. Creative & Experience Alignment Collaborate with the Creative & Experience Lead to: Ensure high-quality and consistent visual execution Align design output with campaign and content requirements Review and approve key: Campaign concepts Scripts and storytelling directions Creative assets

7. Growth Team Alignment Growth Team Owns: Revenue, CAC, ROAS, and paid performance Marketing Manager Ensures: Brand and content effectively support growth initiatives Alignment between: Organic content Influencer storytelling Paid campaign narratives Consistency between: Ad messaging On-platform storytelling

8. Website & Experience Coordination (Non-CRO) Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design teams to: Ensure brand storytelling is reflected across website/app Align campaign and content rollout with platform updates

9. Performance Monitoring (Brand & Content Lens) Track and review: Engagement metrics Content effectiveness Campaign performance (organic and brand lens) Lead monthly reviews and identify optimization opportunities

10. Project & Workflow Management Ensure all projects are tracked via Zoho Projects (or equivalent) Monitor timelines from briefing to publishing Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across teams

11. Process Excellence & Innovation Establish and refine content and campaign workflows Drive a test-learn-iterate approach across content and creative Encourage innovation in: Content formats Storytelling approaches Creative execution
