Partnership with the BFD
We are a strong partner of the Bundeswehr’s Career Transistion Service (Berufsförderungsdienst, BFD) and support soldiers in their transition to successful civilian careers. You can apply your acquired skills at TKMS in a variety of fields - from production and engineering to project management. We also have our own crew of experienced submarine operators. Alternatively, you can take advantage of one of our many training programs and learn a new profession.

Don’t worry! You will quickly feel comfortable in TKMS’s corporate culture. We place great importance on the personal and professional development of our employees. We offer a wide range of opportunities to continuously improve and acquire new skills - both in-person and digitally.

Your military experience is highly valued here! Particularly well-suited are roles where you can apply your knowledge of customers and products. In many cases, leadership positions are also available, such as team leader roles.
