MS Specialist Core assures end-to-end fault incident problem management with the main objective of resolution to SLA and OLA requirements. They solve the higher level of escalation in case of network incidents and are responsible for the resolution, analysis, and expertise in case of complex faults that require deep procedural and technical knowledge
Responsibilities
• Works independently with strong judgment and expertise to solve complex technical issues and manage fault incidents end-to-end.
• Leads resolution of major service outages, ensuring SLA compliance and coordinating preventive maintenance activities.
• Drives process improvements, provides feedback for tools, and enhances efficiency, quality, and risk management within MS operations.
• Acts as a mentor and technical authority, approving high-risk procedures (MoPs) and supporting team development.
• Collaborates across teams, customers, and third parties, and may lead teams or shifts by coordinating tasks, training members, and ensuring service delivery.
Qualifications
You Have:
• Applies advanced technical and professional knowledge, with a Bachelor's degree, typically 4–6 years of experience, to integrate theory into practical organizational outcomes.
• Accountable for the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of individual and team deliverables within departmental projects.
• Performs and coordinates daily operational activities to meet project objectives, including handling complex tasks and issues.
• Conducts root cause analysis for complex problems and develops and implements effective solutions.
• Supervises team members at a first-line management level, assigning tasks, guiding execution, and supporting performance management.
