In this role you will provide operational, administrative, and organizational support to the Benelux leadership team and local organization. You will act as a central coordination point for internal processes, office management, events, and cross-functional collaboration.
The role ensures that the Benelux organization operates efficiently by maintaining structure, coordinating activities across teams, and supporting leadership priorities. By managing operational and organizational tasks, you enable leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth.
Role expectations
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Benelux leadership team, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and follow-up on key actions.
• Maintain clear organizational oversight of internal meetings, leadership activities, and key business initiatives.
• Support planning and coordination of internal management meetings, leadership offsites, and business events.
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a professional and efficient working environment for employees and visiting stakeholders.
• Coordinate office-related initiatives including vendor management, workplace improvements, and operational services.
• Support the planning and operational execution of internal and external events in collaboration with the marketing and commercial teams.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and communication related to meetings, events, and internal initiatives.

What we're looking for
• 5-6 years of experience in office management, executive support, or operational coordination roles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and seniority levels.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an international corporate environment is preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. French is considered a plus.
