Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that aim to help employees embrace differences, advance education, and develop relationships in an interconnected community.
Our seven global ERGs are listed below. Depending on your location, you can also join one of our country-specific ERGs. These work to create an inclusive and diverse workforce through education on ethnicity, race and culture, offer help to parents and carers and support military veterans.
Network of Women and Allies
The Network of Women strives to promote gender balance and inclusion of women's perspectives at AZ.
TH!NK
Embracing, supporting and celebrating unique ways of thinking are key to our success. Our TH!NK community provides an environment for our neurodiverse colleagues to shine.
Safe Space
Safe Space actively works to remove the stigma around mental health by proactively transforming attitudes and providing a trusted community to offer support.
AZ Pride
Our AZ Pride group works to create a diverse network of LGBTQIA+ colleagues and allies, empowering them to reach their full potential through development opportunities.
AZ Inspire
AZ Inspire provides an environment where individuals can grow their capabilities and understanding of our business, developing key professional and leadership skills.
Disabilities and Allies: No Limits, No Labels
This ERG supports employees with disabilities by creating a safe space, raising awareness about the barriers experienced by those with disabilities and increasing allyship.
Cancer@Work
Cancer@Work strives to ensure all colleagues touched by cancer are connected and supported through the physical, financial and mental impact of the disease.
