In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Lead and implement effective execution tools to improve the speed of manufacturing processes and reduce complexity.
• Manage the strategy for establishing a Lean Culture in manufacturing operations.
• Manage information regarding strategy deployment and the execution of annual priorities.
• Lead and support the analysis of value stream maps and value streams for operational and administrative processes.
• Define projects that support the execution of the Strategy Implementation.
• Plan and coordinate cross-functional teams on process improvement projects.
• Plan and schedule KAIZEN events in accordance with annual priorities and critical opportunities.
• Train staff across all areas in lean execution and tools.
• Act as Fromex's representative on the Operational Excellence Committee (OEC) for Emerson Latin America.
• Establish the strategy for cost-reduction programs.
• Lead the 5S program and ensure compliance with general guidelines throughout the plant (production areas, offices, outdoor areas, etc.)
• Communicate the results of Perfect Execution and the Lean project plan and report quarterly status during staff meetings.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• At least 8 years of related experience (Manufacturing) with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence programs, project management, Lean Six Sigma, data analysis and root cause analysis, new product introduction and transfer, innovation, business intelligence, cost reduction programs. Management and execution of strategic plans.
• Overall experience in the supply chain for low-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing projects aimed at cost reduction, increased productivity and efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
• Experience managing new product launches, design initiatives, and expansion programs.

• Decision-making and analytical skills based on data and root causes.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred), MS Office, Minitab, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent .
• Overall project management, Kaizen initiatives, ISO 9001.
