[HCMC] Ready to kick-start your career in fintech with GoTymeX? πŸš€

Join our GoTymeX Internship Program 2026 β€” where your growth is our priority.

At GoTymeX, we're at the forefront of building and operating multi-country digital banks. Our mission is to revolutionize the financial services industry through technology β€” creating seamless and secure financial solutions that change the way people interact with money.

We believe that great people build great products, and that starts with investing in the next generation of talent.

We're looking for a passionate Platform Engineering Intern to play a key role in shaping the future of banking products and services through cutting-edge technologies.

What will you contribute? (Responsibility)

β€’ Build and improve internal tooling that helps development teams ship faster

β€’ Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and infrastructure workflows

β€’ Help document platform capabilities, golden paths, and runbooks

β€’ Monitor platform health dashboards and investigate anomalies

β€’ Assist in provisioning cloud resources on AWS under guidance

β€’ Participate in sprint ceremonies, standups, and retrospectives

β€’ Explore and prototype AI-assisted workflows for developer productivity

Requirements

β€’ Must-have

β€’ Pursuing or recently completed/graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

β€’ Curious, open to feedback, and eager to learn complex domains (payments, accounts, risk).

β€’ Disciplined and detail-oriented, keeping the bigger-picture system in mind.

β€’ Clear communicator; collaborative and respectful teammate. Able to hold basic technical conversations and read documentation in English; willing to explain concepts (e.g., "What is a virtual machine?") even imperfectly.

β€’ Self-directed learner who troubleshoots independently before escalating β€” able to articulate something recently self-taught and honest about knowledge gaps.

β€’ Actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) in daily workflow β€” can walk through how AI helped solve or build something, and knows how to verify when it's wrong.

β€’ Basic cloud concepts (VMs, storage, networking, scaling), Linux command line familiarity, awareness of 2–3 AWS services, some scripting experience (Python, Bash, or equivalent), and basic Git usage (clone, commit, push, branching).

β€’ Nice to have:

β€’ Hands-on AWS Free Tier experiments (even small ones count)

β€’ Experience with Docker (built or run a container)

β€’ Built or contributed to a CI/CD pipeline

β€’ AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate certification

β€’ Involvement in tech communities, cloud clubs, or open-source projects
