This role provides a unique opportunity to act as the technical partner to executive leadership, solving high-impact problems across the organization. The position requires pragmatic judgment to scope and deliver “good enough” solutions that accelerate business outcomes while avoiding unnecessary complexity. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments, ensuring interim solutions align with long-term strategic goals. Accountabilities:

• Serve as the technical complement to executive leadership, handling high-priority problems that would otherwise consume their time.

• Listen to stakeholders across operations, departments, and cross-functional teams to identify pain points and scope pragmatic solutions.

• Ship working solutions personally or by coordinating the right engineers, analysts, or vendors, ensuring accountability for results.

• Exercise disciplined judgment about scope, building focused, interim solutions that are easy to replace when strategic systems arrive.

• Manage a portfolio of tactical problems across the organization, context-switching fluently across multiple domains and stakeholders.

• Partner with leadership to ensure tactical solutions converge toward the long-term technical vision and flag items needing refinement.

• Act as a pragmatic voice in leadership conversations, balancing speed, quality, and technical debt management.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in consulting, systems integration, or generalist technical roles, delivering solutions across multiple domains and stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience shipping software, building apps, automations, integrations, and workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and earn trust across an organization, working collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Exceptional judgment about scope and technical trade-offs, knowing when to deliver quickly and when to build for the long-term.

• Proficiency with AI/LLM tools and automation to accelerate work and improve outcomes.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with frequent context-switching.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, combining technical expertise with approachability and diplomacy.
