Process Engineer works within a team that is responsible for the integral definition, improvement, and implementation of working methods for assigned EMEA Treat sites. Measures the impact of the changes and improvements done to these methods. The role is in charge of coordinating the necessary pilots to test new methodologies and/or software. Takes the standard times and analyzes the impact of the changes performed on the production floor.
Role expectations
• A Process Engineer measures the impact of the changes and improvements done to these methods.
• The role is in charge of coordinating the necessary pilots to test new methodologies and/or software.
• Takes the standard times and analyzes the impact of the changes performed on the production floor.
• Provide support for deployment of new products and processes, including risk assessment, validation, UAT, post-launch support and post-mortem analysis.
• Provide support for system configuration.
• Makes sure that Production area can run with no Treat Software errors or disturbances, in case of any issue, coordinates EMEA Treat sites escalation to Global Engineering Team.
• Investigate and propose new ideas to improve the production process, based on the needs of the company.
• Implement and maintain control mechanisms and systems to follow up, measure the impact, and receive feedback of already implemented processes/projects.
• Use statistical tools, problem solving, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools as required.
• Chair meetings and lead projects for corrective action and/or preventative action.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Production, Technical or Quality-related discipline
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in software validation, UAT handling.
Desired experience from medical devices, pharmaceutical or any other FDA regulated manufacturing processes.
LANGUAGES
• Local language skills on C1-level or higher (CEFR)
• English language skill on at least B2-level (CEFR)
SKILLS /COMPETENCIES
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Capable to implement all the manufacturing process improvements.
• Able to solve quality and production constraints.
• Able to work with Microsoft software, understand different computer programs in order to run the manufacturing process.
• Ability to work cross – functionally. High level of commitment, positivity and “can do” approach.
• Six Sigma and lean manufacturing process certification as a plus.
Additional Information
This range includes an estimated base salary, covering various levels of experience for the role.
Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10 % of the annual base salary.
The final offer is determined based on the scope of the role, level of responsibility, experience, education, completed training, and key competencies of the candidate.
