Job Description

• Manage and take ownership of product end- to-end: including doing market research, defining scope, gathering and prioritizing requirements and managing product launches.

• Drive clarity on complex and ambiguous projects

• Work with cross-functional teams that include engineering, design, marketing and growth

• Develop products with specific focus on revenue and strategic growth of Merchants and Acquirers.

• Develop a product roadmap for the Merchant VAS & ensure seamless product functionality

• Sharp focus on understanding customer, marketing, ecosystem and competition insights.

• Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that the user experience (UI/UX) is intuitive, seamless, and delightful.

• Work with internal and client facing teams to develop enablement plans, manage stakeholders and expectations.

• Ability to coordinate with various functions to ensure product roll-out within defined timelines, understand product priorities, and implement a product governance framework.

Technical Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience

• Comfortable in handing ambiguity and navigate around problems

• Prior experience in the payments domain or enterprise SaaS organization is good to have

• Technical skills sufficient to understand complexity and work with developers to make the right technical trade-offs

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technology trends, and market dynamics

• Excellent problem-solving skills and good business acumen with sharp focus on revenue opportunities and revenue realization

• Effective communication skills and ability to refine messages based on the audience

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• MBA from the leading B-Schools preferred
